Melissa knows that helping clients begins with asking the right questions, listening to a customer’s answers, and staying committed to customer satisfaction. She has spent over 15 years in the Financial Services industry, from credit cards to community banking, to Financial Services technology. Throughout her career, her main focus has been gathering and analyzing information and then effectively communicating results or recommendations to varied audiences.
Melissa graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSA degree from the University of Georgia.
